[edit] Description
The Black Tarot is a poker-card sized 78 card deck with a dark erotic gothic theme filled with half naked women-warriors and demons. The deck was created using pre-existing Images from Royo’s work. The majors consist of elaborately drawn scenes that are non-standard even non related at times to the significances of the cards this scene is surrounded by large black borders containing the numbering and name of the card in 4 languages (Spanish, English, French and German. The pips are not illustrated except for the aces, as for the court cards even if they bear the classic names of knave, knight, queen and king once again the imagery only portrays the typical woman and devil image. Each suit has his own corresponding color yellow for the pentacles, green for chalices, silver-white for swords and brown for wands.
