[edit] Description
Book T is the foundational document of all Golden-Dawn based decks... including the Waite-Smith Tarot, the BOTA Tarot, the Crowley-Harris Thoth Tarot, and all their derivatives. This brief document includes a system of astrological, qabalistic, and elemental attributions, occult titles for the cards, and descriptions of the deck intended to be used by each initiate in the creation of their own personal deck. The four sections are as follows:
- Introduction by Macgregor Mathers with the names of meaning of the cards
- An anonymously authored "Tarot Divination" which presents an elaborate sequential reading operation that relies on elemental and astrological dignities.
- "Tarot Trumps" by Harriet Felkin addressing the meanings of the Major Arcana
- "Tree of Life as Projected in a Solid Sphere" by Mathers connecting the trumps to the qabalistic cube of space
