The Dragon Tarot was created by Terence Donaldson, the Founder and Director of the London Tarot Training Centre, who directed the hand of Peter Pracownik in the creation of this deck. It came with a book that outlined the actual symbolism of the dragon in mythology, and throughout different cultures in the world.
