[edit] Description
The Druidcraft Tarot is a Waite-Smith clone deck that masterfully weaves together pagan tradition with the Golden Dawn system to produce what is arguably the finest neopagan deck to date. This synthesis is not casual and the ideological precepts of these traditions inform the entire deck. The accompanying text provides a history of each tradition and provides interpretative guidance for the use of the cards.
The Druidcraft was conceived and designed by Stephanie and Philip Carr-Gomm of the Order of Bards Ovates & Druids in the UK. Each of the cards is a sumptuous, detailed painting by artist Will Worthington, rendered in tempera, using egg yolk and ground minerals.
