[edit] Description

Kabbalah of the Golden Dawn is Zalewski's attempt to synthesize an overview of all of the major Golden Dawn teachings on the subject in a single volume that assumes a basic understanding of the system. The book is not (nor does it clam to be) comprehensive. Drawing on lectures given by members of the Golden Dawn, the book examines the Golden Dawn's unique approach to Kabbalah and its impact on the Order.

An Interview with Pat Zalewski

"Now, for the first time, the majority of the Kabbalistic teachings from the Golden Dawn are presented in one unified, fascinating book. Originally, Golden Dawn adepts had been spoon-fed this material over a number of years as they went through the various grade ceremonies. For those of you already familiar with Regardie's two published works on the Golden Dawn, you will not be disappointed-- much of the material presented here has never before been published.

"A great deal of the Golden Dawn's Kabbalistic teachings came from the translation of portions of the Zohar by Knorr von Rosenroth. This book takes you through the structure and contents of the Zohar, then proceeds to give the Golden Dawn knowledge lectures on the subject. One of the most interesting parts of the book is the chapter on alchemy and the Kabbalah as seen from the Golden Dawn perspective. This opens new doors to alchemical application and thought. The Seven Heavens and Seven Hells... are also given."
