[edit] Description
A king holding a staff sitting on a lion thron.
The inscription reads (L?) EVIO PLAUTO R.
Evio (Evius in latin) is one of the names of Dyonisus/Bacchus. Libero (Liberus) is another of his names. The lions are one of the attributes of Liberus / Evius / Bacchus.
The identification with Bacchus is not consistent with "Plauto" (the name of an ancient Roman writer).

Appear, O Bacchus, to our eyes as a bull or serpent with a hundred heads, or take the shape of a lion breathing flame! Oh! come, and with a mocking smile cast the deadly noose about the hunter of thy Bacchanals, e'en as he swoops upon the Maenads gathered yonder.
