• Despair, worry, shame, depression, loneliness, guilt -- the tortures we put ourselves though, especially for things with little substance in reality.
• Anxiety ... Sleeping difficulties or disorders
• Going through the dark night of the soul in order to find peace of mind.
• "The Pandora card" -- i.e., it is frightening to release (face) all those sorrows, all those problems; but remember that at the bottom of the box, waiting to get out, there is hope as well.
• Something is bothering you at a deep, perhaps subconscious level, and it is disturbing your sleep.
• Advice: Become reflective, contemplate what's going on in order to resolve the problems that are causing you so much concern. (Perhaps look to your nightmares to see what concerns you.)
