The following note is (roughly) translated from a short description sent from the shop Il Meneghello regarding this new deck Tarocco Numerico (Tarot of Numbers), along with a few sample cards. It is also posted in Italian below for those who wish to read that. In 2008 Osvaldo Menegazzi presents us with the Tarocco Numerico. In an age in which many cultures mix and melt together, Osvaldo thought to expand this into the field of numbers. Therefore numbers of several countries of the world (China Egypt, Italy Tibet, India...) become the characters of this new project. Placing them in the order of the 22 mysterious ones, the numbers have become a coupling of the other, like in an ideological artistic chain of the world.

This is a very limited, signed & numbered hand-crafted deck & box set which became available in late 2008.
It is a theme deck of numbers drawn from many cultures and designed by artisan Osvaldo Menegazzi. Each number corresponds to and shares characteristics of the meaning of a particular Major Arcana. The matching hand-crafted box is equally magnificent. A Tarot card from the set adorns the front (mounted on thick cardstock so it has a 3D effect), as well as Osvaldo's signature hot-wax seal. Each set has a signed & numbered signature card in beautifully handwritten calligraphy on specialty paper. The signature card is hand-stamped and sealed with red hot wax. The deck is wonderfully illustrated and the artwork is mounted on thick cardstock with a dark brown paper wrapping around to the front of the cards and folded down at each corner, giving it a classy, antique look.
Specs: This Tarot deck/box set, is designed & crafted by Osvaldo in 3 sizes: The smallest: Box - 6" tall x 3 wide, (15 cm x 7.62 cm.), With cards around 3 1/2" tall x 2 1/4 wide, (8.9 cm x 5.75 cm.) The largest is 30 cm./11.81 inches tall. All 3 versions are limited to only 36 sets of the highest quality.

The Note as it was written in Italian (see above for English translation): Osvaldo nel 2008 ci regala ai Tarocco Numerico. In un’epoca in cui tante culture si incontrano e si fondono una nell’altra, Osvaldo ha pensato di spingersi nel campo dei numeri. Quindi numeri dei vari paesi del mondo (Cina Egitto, Italia Tibet, India) divengono i protagonisiti di questo nuovo lavoro. Ponendoli nell’ordine dei 22 arcani, i numeri sono diventati uno l’aggancio dell’altro, come in una ideologica catena artistica del mondo.
