[edit] Description
Tarot Journeys aims to help the reader better understand the Major Arcana of the Tarot, as well as themselves, through guided meditation and visualisation. For each of the Major Arcana cards, Yasmine Galenorn provides the script for a guided meditation, which expresses a meaning of the card (usually one that applies to the human spiritual journey.) Through this, the reader is given the opportunity to enter each Major Arcana card and experience its lesson, intregrating it into themselves. Each meditation includes brief suggestions of what it mgight be used for, and what scents, colours, etc you might like to use in conjunction with it (if so inclined.)
However, the interpretations Galenorn uses for the cards (which inform the meditations) are highly unorthodox for many of the cards, so those who wish to use a Thoth-based system, Golden Dawn-based system, or traditional Rider Waite structure would find it difficult to use this book.
The book comes complete with a CD that has the first two meditations recorded (The Fool and The Magician).
